我画了张图，求各位大侠帮忙看看
我跟警察和保险公司的解释是：
我的车chrysler停在stop sign，等对面一辆车A先走， 然后轮到我直行，跟在A后面的
Civic就撞上我的chrysler左前方，如图所示。
对方解释是：停了，打了左灯，但是没有看见我，警察给了他一张ticket
对方保险公司问我有没有看到他打左转灯，我说不记得了
没有witness，是不是对我不利呢？
车子撞的不清，我选择了repair option。。。不知道还能做什么？求安慰吧 |

给撞过一次，不过她有证人，而且对方酒驾。
不过既然对方已经吃了ticket了，应该是他错。 |

which means a lot of hassle...
I don't think u could do anything now, but if he lied about it, you may have
to find a lawyer or talk to your own insurance company or even post a
notice around the accident spot to find potential witnesses...

FIND A LAWYER!!!!
You will appreciate my advice. In an accident, only your lawyer maybe
aligned with your interest (in your case, you don't loose anything as the
lawyer gets money from insurance).
Next time, find a witness. At least, let the cop write down his finding in
the police report.

险公司问话目的是想套你话，找出一些不利于你的证据，看能不能打官司告你部分责任
。比如你在进入路口的时候没有仔细看对方的车，因为没有看到对方的信号灯什么的。
另外就是过早进入路口，在对面第一辆车还没出路口你就进了路口，虽然老印跟得太快
，但是你进得太快也有可能部分责任等等。最坏情况可能会造成你有部分责任，不过我
感觉不会出现这种情况。
你应该和自己的保险公司打电话讨论一下，还没有赔付定论的情况下，他们就close
case是不正常的，除非对方保险公司在问你话以后，认定这个事故老印100%责任。我觉
得这种case不用找律师，对方的车损失大，即便你只保了最差的责任险，如果输了你的
保险公司也会赔大钱，所以你的保险公司不会撒手不管的，如果有必要他们会给你找律
师，保险公司养大堆律师干这个，都不用你来付费的，除非对方超豪华车有人受重伤超

police. Assuming that both of you arrived at the stop sign at the same time
, you have the right of way, he has to yield. It is his fault if he did not
see you because he did not observe the road situation very well.
Just be firm that you were already at the stop sign, made a full stop and
let the A car go. He was not supposed to follow the A, though quite often
people trying to take advantage of that situation. Now it is the time for
him to pay the price
