i***0 发帖数: 8469 | 1 We are looking a customer support engineer for the Kinect for Windows SDK
team. This engineer must be qualified as an SDE, since he/she will be
assisting our developer customers with their questions and problems with
using the SDK. This includes all support questions from install/config
problems to detailed API usage questions.
The engineer must have solid application development skills in both C++ and
C# including relevant application frameworks such as WPF etc, so as to be
able to understand the developer’s problems and what they are trying to
accomplish. The engineer must be strong on communication skills and
developer empathy so as to make sure that all questions are driven to
closure by either answering clearly and helpfully, asking them for more
detailed information, or following up with our K4W engineering team for an
answer
Required:
• 2 years of Win32 application development experience
• 2 years of C# application development experience – preferably WPF,
but WinForms or SL is acceptable
• Good communications abilities, including patience with beginner
developers, empathy with developer frustrations, and ability to ask
clarifying questions to extract key information a poster might have left out
Preferred:
• 1 year experience with imaging, image processing, computer graphics,
and or speech recognition applications or frameworks
• Experience with the Windows audio and video pipeline including
DirectShow filters, USB audio, etc.
• Experience using image processing or speech recognition development
frameworks
• Knowledge, experience, and interest in Kinect or other similar
technology
