well, sometimes it is a little annoying, or very annoying espeically it is
not rush hour and lanes r pretty empty and the slow car just occupied the
HOV without any basic sense...

if the other lanes are crowded, you better drive carefully or slowly because
you are still much faster than other lanes and some morons would cut into
the HOV lane without looking after the HOV traffic...

让后面的开慢点也不是坏事
而且偶现在路上一般不赶时间
常常就放在限速开
破路动不动就颠得慌，开快了屁股也不舒服
路还特窄，旁边的水泥墩子离得贼近
而且偶特意买了马力不大的车，
能省点油就省点

安全开车才是硬道理
但我觉得的是为什么会有个HOV?
+2的车可以上HOV，那么我觉得的是礼让乘客多的车
但如果旁边的道开得比HOV还快，那为什么需要在HOV上开呢？
可能没法律规定什么，但靠自觉也应该到旁边的车道行驶吧，如果自己开得慢的话。
