重新理了个顺序，先要HUNTING LIC，然后拿着HUNTING的去SHERIFF那里办FIREARM？这
个是是只给RIFFLE的还是PISTOL 和RIFFLE都可以的。这个没太明白

矛盾吗?矛盾.怎么办呢？矛盾多了就习惯了。这个世界完全讲逻辑的地方太少了。

firearm - wait 90 days after AFL. I know because I also did it. |

Process:
1 Get Hunting License, print receipt Use receipt to apply for AFL
2 Wait for your AFL, during this period, do not exit Washington state
3 You can now legally own a firearm, but you can't purchase one unless you
have FULLY remained in Washington for 90 days. You will need to provide 3
months of utility bill, your passport, your I94 and your AFL to purchase any
firearm (This includes pistol, rifle, shotgun, etc.)
4 If you have remained in WA for 90 days without exiting, you can now apply
for CPL, wait 30-60 days for it (mine arrived in 20 days). You can now
legally CC in WA. You can also purchase a pistol without a 10 day waiting
period.
After 2 years, you have to re-apply for AFL (re-apply, not renew).
