收到Redmond照相罚单一个，说我在Redmond Way + 148 路口红灯
没停就右拐了，要收124刀。当时垂直方向是左拐灯。

But don't worry, this is just equal to a parking ticket, and nothing will be

BUT! I can't complain coz I DIDN'T STOP on red even I was turning right
while there was "protection" on me coz it's the green arrow light at the
intersection just like the scenario you had.
Now I DID stop for 1-2 seconds when turning right on red even my car is "
protected" by the green arrow light at the intersection.
