management, or finance with 6+ years of experience in areas directly
relevant to responsibilities described above
• Strong project and process management skills and a keen attention to
detail and quality.
• Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Proven ability to collaborate well with cross functional groups.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
• A go get mentality to drive things to completion.
• Must be effective at driving work through others, and dealing with
ambiguity.
• Ability to fill in for Program Manager and lead conference calls,
training, and communications as necessary.
• Sharepoint management.
• Experience in US EPG or SMS&P, planning, quota setting , or
incentive compensation preferred.
