JOB Scope
=========
- S/W package delivery following project delivery gating criterion
- Requirement development and elicitation
- Process follow up (design, development, documentation, reviews,
testing, releasing, continuous integration, etc.)
- Windows Phone embedded software development mobile phone
- Developing multimedia middleware software in windows environment
- Developing media foundation middleware framework for windows
phone
- Developing multimedia features of camera/sensor, audio, video,
display, graphics etc
- Testing / Validation of above features using MSFT provided test
framework
- Developing complete solution for use-case media player, audio
routing, camcorder, CS/data call etc.
- Architecture of windows drivers for different multimedia
peripheral of mobile phone
SKILLS & QUALIFICATION REQUIRED
- With 4-8 years experience in OS such as Windows 7, Windows 8,
Windows Phone 7 OR Linux/Android OR Symbian OR RTOS, etc
- Bachelors / Masters in Engineering or equivalent
- Desired experience in multimedia domain in windows/Linux/Symbian
/RTOS environment
- Expertise in C background is mandatory, experience in C++ is a
plus
- Knowledge of Windows drivers model is preferred
- Doman knowledge in any of the domains such as Camera, Graphics,
Audio and Video is desired
- Knowledge of multimedia features related to camera/sensor,
audio, video, display, graphics etc
- Testing / Validation of multimedia features using Microsoft
provided test framework, experience in test automation and continuous
integration
- Knowledge of multimedia use-cases like audio-video playback,
audio routing, camcorder, CS/data call , video telephony, audio-video
streaming, 3d gaming, etc.
- Architecture knowledge of windows drivers for different
multimedia peripheral is preferred |
