天冷。我也是拆我的房子扩建的时候发现的，于是扩建过程中加了一层。

1）在车库顶，除非你的车库是隔热的，你的地板隔热夹层隔热好，否则冬天你的地毯/
地板都会是凉凉的。
2）尖顶，隔热也不会太好，冬冷夏热
3）车库门开开关关，可能会影响睡眠和夫妻生活。。。
4）车库一般临街，对爱睡懒觉的人不友好，而且私密性差。
