标 题: 拒了微软的OFFER之后

本来拿到微软的一个OFFER,因为觉得不够满意,决定拒了,并且正式通知了HR.

我当时是主动失业的,去年父亲生病,我辞职回国照顾父亲,呆了半年之后因为父母亲坚
持,我决定继续找工作,但是因为种种原因,身份是一个原因,人在国内也是一个原因,面
世很困难,所以至今仍然失业.有人攻击质问我失业至今,我只想说:每个人都有低潮的时
候,对别人善良一点.
对于微软,我并不期望很高的待遇,我所希望的不过是正常的待遇,因为根据我辞职之前
在原公司的位置,我申请的这个位置的是63级.但是现在这里给我的工资明显是59级.所
以我拒了.但是我没想到的是拒信发出去之后微软又重新给我一个package:
base 120K
stock 15k
sign on 5k
并要求我10天内回复.想请教一下微软的朋友,这个待遇是否比较合理了?谢谢. | G****g

其实，工资的事情，没什么合理不合理的，如果你能接受，我觉得你该去。 如果你进
去后干得好，很有成绩，老板也会给你涨的。不要太在乎这第一个offer，只要觉得可
以而不太侮辱你的能力，我觉得还是接受吧。人家还是有诚心的，你拒绝了，他们还给
了你第二个offer. | s*y

it's the responsibility of HR to find a qualified candidate with a minimum
cost
it's nothing to do with cheap...
Even for A/F, it's the same

the generalization is not well supported in this case
thus your conclusion is...
as far as i know, a lot of MS new-hires got their reasonable packages in the
first-round negotiation
