floor is a thai restaurant, just right cross the street from Russell
building (used to be new wamu center or later chase building), they used to
charge $16 for early bird.

$9 per day or $8 depending on which floor you park. The parking lot is
opposite to the Aquarium, called "Republic Parking". You need to access from
Alaskan way. |
