I made a right turn on red light, actually just after yellow turning red, so
I knew I had enough to make a safe right turn. But still received a ticket.
Good thing is the ticket is not be in driving record.
Anybody has experience requesting a mitigation hearing? Got any result? |

寄了照片来，连续的几张照片及 time mark 显示我在红灯右转。我现在还是不确定那
里是根本不准红灯右转？还是红灯右转时，没有停几秒钟？后来反正有照片，我乖乖交
钱了
事。
你有没有照片？如果有的话，别争了，交钱就是了。
还有，告发你的罪名是什么？红灯右转？还是红灯右转时没先停一下？

I did not stop since it just was yellow->red, so it was a safe delta.
Should stop for a few seconds before the turn to obey the regulation, I
think.
There is no sign of "no turn on red". They have pictures. Worst is that they
have video. So, no hope... |

补充一点，我的理解是红灯可以右转，只不过要停3秒中判断安全后右转。如果不停顿3
秒时会被罚款的

停的时间很短,就被抓到了,我现在也在找mitigation hearing 的信息.如果有什么经验

当时廷上申诉说了些理由，法官听完只给我们
展示了视频，然后说从视频看我们转的时候的确是红灯没停，所以还是要罚款。然后给
我们减免了部分罚款。
整个过程就2-3分钟。
拿着庭上一个秘书给的单子（上面写了减免后的罚款数额）
，出来当场找外面一收费的工作人员把钱交了了事。

秒，那就没办法。但是凡是上庭申诉的，都ticket amount减半。最后我还是交了270多
。:-(
不过上庭是没错的 |
