I'm looking to refinance my mortgage. The rate I get for 7-year ARM is 2.875
%, no closing cost. If I pay $3,000 closing/points, I can get the rate down
to 2.375%.
Is this a good rate? (The loan amount is around $300K, 75% loan-to-equity
ratio, and excellent credit.)

发帖数: 88 | 3 This a house I plan to sell in the next 5 years. It's likely I'll rent it
out for a while. The payment for 15-year fixed mortgage will be more than
the monthly rental revenue I can get.
