Feel good about Surface, which will be an ideal replacement of laptop in the
near future. It's an open platform, industry will like it.
doesn't like windows phone yet, so ugly. As to XBOX, I don't know man. The
core technique (structred light through SOC) doesn't belong to M$, the
gesture recognition part is not that complicated as M$ claimed. Don't know
why other companies cannot catch up?
Time to sell MSFT? Seems officially, MS is admitting PC time is over. They
might not be able to command as much money as possible for their win32 apis,
its core is still early 1990s.
Will their strategy bet succeed? I don't know. Possibility is high(higher
than Yahoo at least). However, market doesn't like uncertanity.
I am going to sell some MSFT and probably will buy back after bad news come
out of redmond in upcoming 2 years. Transform is not going to be smooth -
for nobody.

To help IT company to survive, it is not technology itself,
it is the structure of the company,and the business model.
Service is definitely the future.
one time invest, all the time collecting money! And it is contract-based.
XBOX is only 200 dollars device, it is nothing. If we charge gamer 60
dollars monthly for online gaming service, that would be profitable!
MSFT is the #3 biggest network across over the world, DC is so close to end
user.
MSFT can do virtual software, it is his name.
I don't know how MSFT would perform in the next few months, but within 5
years range, I cannot see any company can reach MSFT close.
