accidental child audience of the show.

Kimmel
show.
最终目标是： Disney and other media company have to help build the
Chinese-american bridge and promote the positive win-win working
relationship between the 2 communities. Or face the consequences of
tarnished reputation and irrelevance and bankrupsy.

take my text:
On 10/16, Jimmy Kimmel did a show on which a 6 year old proposed to solve
the problem of US national debt by killing All the chinese. Even if "
Killing all the chinese"'s a joke, but we
need to squish this kind of joke while in joking stage. The laughters
after the kid made this statement and the persistent smurks from the 6 year
old guests, that was obscene.
So Mr Kimmel's show and Disney (parent company of ABC) needs to pay for this
joke and the laughter. Mr Kimmel is probably basically decent person, but
he could
afford to lose his job and he will probably be happy to lose his job to help
right a wrong. ABC and Disney failed to censor a clearly taboo statement/
joke from a 6 year old, should be held liable for child abuse of the 6 year
old show guests and any children who accidentally were exposed to this
genocidal message.
We have to make the cost of making such jokes very high, because, nobody
wants this joke to risk having 0.0001% chance of turning into 0.0001%
reality. Disney and Jim Kimmel must apologize and right the wrong and mend
the bridge with Chinese-American communities and Chinese communities world
wide with more Asian american representation, and fair and responsible
coverage.
Walk your talk of diversity and tolerance and human right. Or you will be
boycotted, sued and bankrupted. |
