标 题: 美国法庭民权官司先行者的经验教训以及状告JK

打官司肯定是要打的，这样一个对方铁板钉钉犯法的案子都不打，华人以后在美国，在
全世界都别做人了。
我一再忠告你们的，只是官司策略和程序问题，也就是什么时候，怎样开始才能够取得
期待的成果。这是来自我12年美国联邦法庭打民权官司的经验教训，我不久前才告过
CNN，YOUTUBE等等媒体。（我将把我的法庭经验贴在这里让大家参考了解美国法庭的内
幕）
我是你们的先行者，论我的勇气，能力，连主流律师在网上都公开赞许的，可是却败的
很惨。我终于认识到，法院那些道貌岸然的法官们才是真正的criminals，他们的卑鄙
邪恶，再坏再狡猾的中国人都永远只能望其项背。美国的任何一条法律都有几种案例法
的解释，到时候根据什么对象采用什么案例法，全看法官想要怎样对待你。所以，这个
社会其实没有法律的，法官就是法，唯一真正起作用的是你背后的政治势力是否够大让
他们忌讳。
而我们现在能够号召起来的政治势力还远远不够。。。不走题，现在如果告的话，很有
可能就是一个庭外和解，给很少的一点钱连律师费都不够，一个道歉也不会多过JK现在
做出的。甚至很有可能直接就给撤销案件了的。
我前面已经说过，黑人中东人，他们的法庭诉讼能够成功是因为他们强大的政治势力作
用的结果，他们紧密组织，相互支持，敢于上街游行造舆论，并有国际反美力量支持，
这基本性的两点保证了他们在法庭的诉求有广泛的关注也就是监督。而我们只是开始，
火候还差远了。
如果我们能够哪怕做到那样的一半，都可以。政治势力调动起来，这个案子绝对只是个
赢多少的问题。应该能够赢一大笔赔偿，fire KJ,更不用说道歉了。到时候这些钱首先
要拨出一部分奖励那些敢于上街游行的同胞，要奖惩分明，才会进一步团结。然后建立
华人民权活动的基金，还要捐款给其他少数民族的民权组织。。。 | h***a

I can’t get over what a complete @#$% this guy is. Saying "I am sorry you
were offended" is not an apology. It's a Passive-Aggressive attack. And
implying that "maybe you didn’t understand because of cultural reasons.’is
rediculous. Every white person watching it knew it was not Condemning
that childs view, but encouraging it. An apology would be: "On a recent
episode of our show we did something very wrong and very reprehensible. We
made a joke out of killing Chinese people. We made it sound like genocide
was in some cases cool and funny. That was completely unacceptable! It is
anathema to everything the USA stands for: which is that “all men are
created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain
unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of
Happiness.” I deeply apologize for what I did and what I said. In
recognition of the seriousness of this infraction we will not broadcast our
show for a week, I will pay a hefty fine (to fund anti-racism teaching) and
we are forever cancelling out ‘Kids Table’ segment (which also needlessly
exploited these children who are now all infamous because of this which will
impact their futures negatively) All of this was my fault. I take full
responsibility and will never ever make a racially insensitive comment ever
again. I also apologize for my previous apology (above) where I said ‘maybe
you didn’t understand because of cultural reasons.’ Everyone of every
culture knows what the show implied and all people of conscience of all
cultures have now set me straight. Thank You for reading this.” But I have
no doubt he will not do this. He is a classic bully.

produced something upsets you" infers the very reason of you being upset is
still up for negotiation. only because your emotion that caused apology, it
could be you are lunatic...
the original apology from abc is intended for dismissal of discussion,
allowing the airing of show is the disney's fault that need apology.
