标 题: 还在焦急等待PERM的请看过来!!

EB3大放水的宝贵机会，稍纵即逝，这么多人降级，以后肯定会倒退。无奈现在PERM平
均8-9个月，要是被Audit，至少再加一年。很多人都被这个该死的PERM耽误着，不能交
140+485.
请加入google group, 大家一起行动催一下DOL.

可能的方式包括给DOL打电话、写信, 甚至可以考虑游说自己公司的Legal部门去和DOL
联系等等。在美国，有诉求就得说出来，你不说他们就以为PERM这么慢大家也OK.

1. Most importantly: Contact Dr. William L. Carlson and Senator Tom Harkin's
offices, explain why the delay and the increased audit rate are hurting us,
ask them if there is a room to improve. Better to use all the methods
including Call, Fax, Snail mail and Email if possible. Only sending out an
email is the easiest, but it's probably the least useful one.
Note: we want to give them some pressures, but definitely don't want to
offend them, so please be polite and professional.
2. Forward the info to your friends/co-workers.
