How is the life there for Chinese?
Any racial ssue? How is safety? are there any good school district?
Is it convenient to commute from here to Seattle downtown?
Are you happy after moving there?

A lot of blacks.
Has one of the highest homicide rates in America.
Very long commute with traffic congestion on I5.
Don't move there unless you have to.
