怎么感觉现在根本不是多少钱买房了 而是买不买到房的问题了。。
再过几个月夏天就过去了 冬天更没房了。。然后就明年了。。

friends)= Super low inventory and higher demand. You's better have pay more
for less. No choice. Good news is House in Seattle is cheaper than Vancouver
, SF and Shanghai. So buy, don't wait. |

前两年买了大house的根本不需要upgrade也没有cash压力
所以能住人的房子一出来就被抢
