-90 and I-5 traffic. Seattle is still the cheapest on west coast. I bet
there is another 20% up trend before the peak. |

按现在的库存再20%很正常，但改变不了high end走得慢的事实 除了国内来的钱多人傻
本地码农能买2M+的不会太多或者心里价位还没调到那个位置

发帖数: 1175 | 8 不管明年后年，到两百万都会慢，如果利率上去，甚至高端开跌，而低端涨。两百万左
右不涨不跌。高端感觉都快跌了，现在可能是最后一棒了。

getting too high. Recent auto sales and retail sales shows US ecomony is
barely growing. I would say medium will from 750K now to 1 mil. Highend
house will target different group of people who don't care about interest
rate. |

发帖数: 1175 | 10 High end has already stalled. Some 2.5m houses are selling about same as
last year, yet not having much demand, while low end is skyrocketing. The
bigger house is commanding less and less in difference. Also the high end is
very
much influenced by the business environment. Lower end is more about
employment. Business is sustaining but not growing enough to support high
end demands.
Also high end buyer is not really much richer. 039/004 Downpays are almost
same. Lots of people really are not rich but stretched to max already. A .25
pct could stop a bunch of people for 500k extra loans. Also high balance
loans are more ARM loans than the lower balanced ones. The extra interest
will force people to sell much more than the lower balance loans.

的。
第三个房子3.5m是肯定值的，3.5m+就看个人喜好了。
第一二个确实买贵了。
