最近有两个微软工作职位，由于不清楚他们的具体情况，还请资深西八给建议：
Dynamics Team：主要写C#/C++用于服务和应用
PowerApp Team：主要写js/ts/C#/java等前端应用
由于这个PowerApp很新，我也不太清楚他们具体做什么。我目前从事C++嵌入式系统开
发，骑驴找马。还请大家就职业发展，个人提高，技术，组内文化给予建议，多谢！ |

Which team for Dynamics? I don't think Dynamics uses C++. It is using a lot
of Microsoft Azure technologies. |

growth in Microsoft. However, it prefers internal moves from groups like
VSO for mid and senior positions. the entry levels are for new graduates
who had intern with the group.
Crm is not an easy group to get in and it always prefers insider applicants.
If you are unlucky, sometime you have to compete with the insider who
worked for hiring managers before, which means you don't have any chance.
In short, as an outsider, you will have better chance if try a small group.
Then it is not easy to move from a small group to a higher-rank group, even
you become an insider. |

组。
