现在所有用的几个木马专杀工具和卡巴斯基都运行不了，IE 如果用 病毒和杀毒软件作
search 的 话就会被自动关掉，
请问这种情况是不是只有格盘重装系统了？ 还是有其他的办法？ 这种情况下用电脑
登陆邮箱或者msn 还安全吗？ 谢谢！ | p*********w

发帖数: 24594 | 3 1. You can try AVG, that is a free AV, in my opinion, it is better than NAV(
my old version NAV was able to find those viruses and trojans, but unable to
remove infostealer.gampass and w32.pinfi).
Methods:
Try download from AVG official website or cnet certified sites, like
downloads.com, then install it on your machine(it is suggested that you
uninstall your NAV first). If installation failed, try this:
Get a clean laptop, download and install on it, run AVG and let it protect

症状就是杀毒软件不断报警就是无法删除，后来杀毒软件会在点击之后被病毒自动关闭，
IE搜索如果是跟病毒或者杀毒有关的网页全都打不开，自动关闭。

最简单的就是格式化，然后以德防毒
