Recently everyday I get Norton Anticirus Notification like this:
Scan type: Realtime Protection Scan
Event: Virus Found!
Virus name: W32.Bugbear@mm
File: C:\WINDOWS\spool\PRINTERS\00527.SPL
Location: Quarantine
Computer: xxxxxxxx
User: group
Action taken: Clean failed : Quarantine succeeded : Access denied
Date found: Mon Oct 07 10:16:39 2002
What is wrong with that? What should I do to clean the virus by myself?

it might be just that print spool job has a signature matching
that "W32.Bugbear@mm" virus.
Just don't open that should be fine or remove it from printing queue

I updated Norton to 8.0 version. It seems ok now.
