problem.
I have a desktop work as a server, and a laptop work as a client. My desktop
has 2 NICs, one connect to cable modem, share its internet connection for
another one NIC, which connect to my laptop.
After I installed SQL2k sp3 on both computer, I could go back online, but I
always got errors that webpage can't be found when I surf the internet using
my laptop.
Fact:
Laptop connect to cable modem directly, everything is | I**A

it. Bad microsoft.

发帖数: 80 | 3 First reboot both machines (if you haven't done so).
Sedond, try to ping some outside address from your laptop to if you can get
through, and try other basic networking checking to isolate if it is a DNS
problem.
