Just a guess. Go to your control panel-->Add Remove program. Check to see if
there is a program something like Xupiter or Hotbar. These two guys are
responsible for most of the problem of auto pop. Let me know if you found it.
You may delete the program from control panel. The best solution is to delete
the entry from registry.
