What you may not liked about our team that you recommend changing or doing
differently or better.
What your primary reason is for leaving – pay, benefits, responsibilities,
career opportunities, etc.
What you will be doing next.
Your feedback would be helpful to me to improve the team, our opportunities
and processes going forward.
I’m open to talking about these items versus an email if you’d prefer to
talk about them. Let me know.

你向大头骂你的小老板，说不定会给大头留下不好的印象，
至少也不会留下啥好印象。将来如果再有机会合作或者共事就没益处。
不如给点建设性的意见，别针对什么具体的人。

你要是骂人就显得你不够professional。
所以可以对事不对人的complain，然后说自己不match这种style。
