I see myself in the organization in 3 years, I told him flat out my
goal is to work in our shanghai design center as a design leader.
he said those opportunities are extremely extremly rare and mostly
reserved for people who have been here 10+ years but he will keep
an eye out for me
so today a friend of mine(same level as our GM but in another dept)
told me that we are sending 3 guys to shanghai. one started the

发帖数: 1607 | 2 I have never dealt with stuff like this before, the closest
I came to feeling like this was in college when I realized I'm
actually better than a couple of the guys who got scholarships
on the team, but that didn't bother me that much cuz I was ahead
of them on the depth chart
I don't know what to do, I left a note on my manager's office
but then went and erased it, maybe I should cool down a bit
before I talk to him. I'm going to still go ahead with my
application, meanwhile I'll start pushing

抱怨不是难的事, 就是尺寸比较难把握,
过头的话, 别说拿不到想要的位字了, 被早早吵掉都有可能,
拿那个要挟要QUIT的例子来说把, 搞得不好, 人就随你 QUIT
怎么办, 这些都是满RISKY的STRATEGY, 可能成功可能不成功.
偶原来的老板, 就是在偶第二年的时候再外面拿了一个比偶们学校好
不少的一个学校CHAIR的OFFER, 偶们学校给他了MATCH了钱,
他就留下来了, 学校被要挟了, 也是很不爽的, 当时做不出什么事来
去年把, 拿着BUDGET紧张的口字, 说每个人都SALARY CUT 5%,
单给他CUT 了15%, 三倍, 他也没法字.
偶当然不是说什么也不抱怨就埋头干, 常吹吹风是要的,
你几年前说的想要的POSITION, 除了你, 谁还记得那么清楚啊
