ALHAMBRA -- A Chinese immigrant has been charged in a vicious
kidnapping-for-ransom case involving a 21-year-old San Gabriel Valley
woman who was left for dead after having her throat slashed.
DeQiang Song, 24, was charged Monday in Alhambra Superior Court in
connection with the Sept. 8 incident.
Song moved to the Los Angeles area from Chi |
