因不满地产商减价引发业主示威潮的包括龙湖地产、绿地集团和中国海外在上海嘉定和
浦东区的楼盘。「钱付了、贷款还了，可大半年下来，房子没见着，房价倒缩水三分之
一!」嘉定区绿地开发的「秋霞坊」上百名业主前日「攻佔」售楼处，里面一片狼藉贴
满了标语横幅。部份人更一度拉起写着：「绿地你还流着道德血液吗？」的横额上街游
行。大批公安出动拉起警戒线拦截。
直到晚上「秋霞坊」售楼处仍有人留守讨说法有些还是挺着大肚子的孕妇，说要「直到
开发商明确给个说法为止」。
而三百米外的「龙湖郦城」，前天下午过百名老业主冲击售楼处，招牌也被砸，大型沙
盘模型被砸毁丢弃，当晚上 7时 45分，该售楼处正式关闭。当地地产经纪称，「老业
主抗议已三天」，前日打砸最激烈，龙湖地产决定取消打折计划。据悉，除了绿地秋霞
坊、龙湖郦城，嘉定区当日还有新里米兰公寓以及好望山多个楼盘业主上街维权。
浦东的中海御景熙岸楼盘，每方米降价达 6,000元，愤怒的业主前日围堵售楼部砸毁玻
璃，其后几百人游行到浦东新区信访办，逼浦东房管处处长出面承诺：「中海的销售违
反预售有关规定，目前停止中海御景熙岸的一切网上备桉登记」。众多业主都进行了录

... I needed the money to buy realetsates in the US, didn't really expect
the price to go down or to crash... the market in Shanghai still seems
strong, especially within the city limits... can't really see it go down
much in the near future as buying an apartment has and is still on the #1
list for most folks in shanghai...
when I bought one of the aparts I sold in 2006, I was told that the market
would crash then, but the price has almost tripled since then... now they
are talking that the price would drop again.. can;t really see it happening
any time soon... | P******e

pre-2006, you can buy a really nice and large place in center Shanghai for
about RMB 2M, with the echange rate at 1:8+ at the time, the invetsment was
really insignificant, in USD terms... But my parents still thought I was
crazy to buy then... Now I have sold the apartments, they thought I was
crazy again. They thought it was such a pity to sell something in such nice
central area... the typical chinese mentality, we only buy, never sell...
so that investment span well in shanghai, but like all things, there are 2
sides to each story.. the place I bought in NYC in 2007 really tanked, still
can;t get rid of it now, just renting it out and it doesn't even cover my
expenses...
so.. just to quote something I've read recently...
"That's all your life amounts to in the end: the aggregate of all the good
luck and the bad luck you experience. Everything is explained by that simple
formula. Tot it up – look at the respective piles. There's nothing you can
do about it: nobody shares it out, allocates it to this one or that, it
just happens. We must quietly suffer the laws of man's condition, as

the universe. Now everybody realized that China, i.e., Shanghai, is the
future. Every other millionaire is dreaming about owning an apartment there.
I say, Shanghai apartment is a strong buy anytime below $10000/sq. meter.

Cena, I barely survived the housing market crunch that took place a few

好地段的房价是没跌。不过由于贷款的限制，买家少，有有价无市的嫌疑。几年来登的
卖房信息反应最冷清的就是这次了。打电话的多是中介，还是没客户的中介
另一方面，租房市场价格上涨10-20%强。。。
所以我老人家晃了两三个礼拜，决定还是先不卖算了 |
