标 题: WSN买车大法。大家讨论一下是否可行。

前两天买了一部ACURA MDX，个人觉得很超值。但是无论如何超值也要４万多大洋。最
多开个１０年吧，到时候又要再买。。。谁叫车子是消耗品呢，开一天价值就少一点，
一直到零。
后来想了一想觉得很不划算，是不是可以WS一下用个可靠的办法买划算的车。想来想去
，只想出一个办法。
最近房价大跌，在纽约的烂区买一个１ BED CONDO只要１０万大洋，每月的租金大约１
０００，地税加维持费大约４５０这样子。与其用将近５万大洋买MDX，不如狠一狠心
，投个１０万成立一个公司，用公司名义买一个CONDO，每月的房租收入去LEASE个MDX
，这样房租也不要交税。虽然一次投入很多，但是这样，永远都不需要再为买车存钱。
房租的收入可以一直租车下去，还可以传给子孙让他们也永远有车开。
当然你也可以用１０去投资，但是投资收入不稳定，无法每个月都有钱出来。
大家觉得这样FINANCE车可行吗？ | j***k

korea, HK, and taiwan)... Most of jews would only buy Japanese cars, since
they have the same logic as granny uncle about german cars... while most of
the asians buy German... but because jews heavly out number asians, most of
the cars running on the street are either lexus or acura... a few 2Bs here
and there driven by asian..
no korean cars.. even the koreans don;t drive them. and almost no americans..

Toyotas and lexus.

i have also tried german in order to have a little taste of what is like to
feel oneself "made it"... but the poor relibility of german cars made me
change my mind and joined the big prersian jew family...

german cars. they break often and are expensive to fix. american cars also
breaks often but they are cheap to fix. but regardless, this has nothing to

车。我想呢，我的原贴并没有一句评论日本的话，爷叔为和要如此挑衅。
