猜猜这个是神马东东？有个带子正好卡在座椅的扶手上，开车时不会动
保温饭盒，呵呵
还有筷子
打开盖子，里面是一摞小罐子
4个小罐子
今天的中饭：糯米烧卖，笋干烧肉，濠菇青菜，老火汤
终于上班不用提着超市的塑料袋了，LOL |

I only use Glass Container for my lunch. Except for white-braised egg and
fruit, which does not need to go Microwave. |

too many carbs for lunch, will turn into blood sugar and fat easily.
If you really want carbs for lunch, try whole wheat product, which also goes
well with your beef cubes and greens and soup. |

, no green veggies at all. he had also smoked 2 packs a day since he was 10
years old, never excercised and never really worked his entire life. He
lived well into in his 90s, without any health problem.
it all got to do with genetics and fate.. no matter what you do, and what
you try to avoid, sometimes life has its own plan..

发帖数: 17566 | 11 我也觉得遗传很重要。我奶奶活到105岁，无疾而终。平时不锻炼，好红烧肉加白米饭
，唯一的嗜好是下午听评弹，心态很好，这个我觉得也很重要。

I saw similar TW-made in the GreatWall supermarket here.

Japanese Bento lunch are mostly cold finger food. The ginger and wasabi are
all fingered in like boogers or nasal dirt.
Eating hot food for lunch is a good habit of only Chinese and Koreans.
Even if there are Zojirushi box that are like this one shown, it is more
than likely made by their korean or TW or china subsidiary.
BTW, i am calm, don't want no fight today, so do not provoke me.
