1。应该是先quote还是test drive?Ask for quote了,但对方好像意思是让我来看看
车。。
2。大家quote都是email还是电话的?怎么有效cut down price? 求支招。。。
3。想买mini S, 2012和2013区别大么?东部的话lease or buy比较好?
4。信用记录大致得多好能拿dealer的优惠lease价?

lot to learn. now answer your questions in brief.
ignore them. ask for quotes from different dealers (5~10 dealers)
email is adequate. you can use their emailed offers to make them compete
each other.
I don't think you can get new 2012 cars now. even if possible you have
little choices on the color, options, etc.
credit history only affects whether you can get the promotional apr rate
when you finance with the dealer (if they do have promotional apr rate).
generally if you finance with dealer, they are more willing to give your
lower prices.
if you want to be more clear about the cost of the dealer (which is the base
you can use to discuss the price), go read the 精华区 of automobile board.
specifically, you need to be clear about the following terms:
invoice price, holdback, buyer (or dealer) incentive, buyer (or dealer)
rebate, title, tax and license fee (ttl), out-to-door (OTD) or out-the-door
(OD) price

mini东边儿dealer不多,估计砍价比较困难。。。
