印度给美国公民十年签证，所以美国也给印度公民十年签证。
中国最多只给美国公民一年签证，所以美国不可能给你十年签证。
你只看到拿到十年签证的印度人，你没有看到更多的拿不到签证的印度人
我的印度同事，读硕士前联系了美国大学，签证没过；
读博士前联系了美国大学，签证没过；
做博士后时联系了美国单位，签证没过；
来我的公司后第一次去美国开会，签证没过；
第二次签证，一下子拿到十年多次。
（美国商务签证一般是先给你三个月半年，再慢慢加的）
他说他签美国签证也已经签了十年，才拿到十年签证。
这玩意，就是一个“命”字。

As far as my experience, if you are a student pass holder, do not try
your luck at Singapore. You will always be rejected.
If you are a EP holder, then, you have a little higher chance.
If you are a PR, then, congratulation, most likely, you will get your visa.
