for ebay, money first, always. there is middle man service like escow. very
secure. but it charges certain amount.
normally if i feel the deal is suspecious, i will suggest the seller to go to
escow. how do i feel unsafe? something too cheap to believe (like selling a
brand new notebook for 500, or 1000 for a digital SLR camera which is selling
5000 in shops), or seller insists on paying by unsecure transfering like
western union.
