号称从2007年推出后就从没变过

They are pegged to a single board rate SRFR to offer full consistency in any
future interest rate change. SRFR is benchmarked against interbank rates,
market conditions and business costs, and can be revised by the Bank from
time-to-time, by giving 30 days' notice. However, it hasn't been changed
ever since yr 2007 till now. The bank will have to take into consideration
that if the rate is to be revised, all customer wil
