间。
我周三晚上收到通知说收到了supporting documents，周五晚上收到了approval的短信
，说是下个工作日送到。这样算违反了service guarantee 吗？如果不算，那我觉得它
那个guanrantee 也太容易满足了。
大家有经验的说一说。 |

不过它倒是说的很清楚，approve 的才算，所以如果它拖得太久又不想赔钱，就可以直
接拒掉申请

我的case很快很快，头天中午fax supporting document，之后不久就收到approval
email，第二天傍晚时分正在家吃饭一个快递上门：请问j62262在家吗，我还纳闷谁给
我寄registered mail----暗自神伤要是没寄到就好了，可以多拿50块 |

Just called them to request the credit. If the 'next business day'
starts from the approval point, this guanrantee is really useless.
From what I read, it should start when they received all the supporting
documents before 2 pm. Anyway, the right of explanation is at their
discretion.

of approval happened in the same business day. you could also try to argue
with them regarding the delay...
anyway, you got your card, not a bad thing, enjoy your shopping and cash
rebate~
btw, I just got 5% for the first month, which verifies their rebate system,
nice :D

他们说啥都不用做，自动进帐的...
不过回来查了一下，ms没进啊

还有个50是处理超过24小时的超时补偿
