Job Type: Experienced
Qualifications:
* Masters or Ph. D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical
Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials science, Physics or similar
field, advanced degree preferred.
* 5+ years industrial experience in MEMS technology with experience in a
variety of MEMS applications and processes.
* Thorough understanding of MEMS process integration.
* Previous project and team management experience required.
* Experienced in the use of design of experiments and failure analysis
methodologies.
* Ability to interface with various groups (Design, Manufacturing,
Management, etc.).
* Wide range of understanding and hands-on experience with various
aspects of MEMS processing/troubleshooting (e.g. DRIE, wafer bonding,
microstructure release, double-side wafer alignment).
* Able to conceive and present new ideas effectively.
* High energy and motivation level to lead technology development.
* Be Customer focused and a team player.
* Strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
* Some domestic and international travel may be required. |
