发帖数: 134 | 1 There is a scientist opening for an ongoing project on medical image
processing and analysis, in the Institute for Infocomm Research, Agency for
Science, Technology and Research, Singapore.
The candidate will be working with other team members to develop algorithms
and systems for abdominal image analysis, deformable model-based organ
segmentation/registration/modelling, and lesion classification, by using
techniques in computer vision and pattern classification; The candidate will
also be requested to write technology disclosures for patent application
and scientific papers for publication.
PhD in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Mathematics/
Engineering or related fields;
1 year or more working experience after PhD is preferred, but fresh PhD
graduates can be considered;
Good R&D track record with publications in image processing, computer vision
or pattern classification area; Capability and experience in Matlab, C++
and ITK/VTK programming is highly preferred; Experience in biomedical image
analysis is a plus;
Good analytical skills; Good communication and writing capabilities;
Self motivated and team player.
