5-8年，家庭收入就在这个range。

NUS和NTU的博士后薪水平均水平大概是4200-4500
助理教授的起薪大概是8000-9000新币
国会议员的月薪水是15,000新币，全国87个议员
部长的薪水是200-300万新币年薪
总理，总统的薪水是300-350万年薪
私企的CEO年薪最高的是1370万新币（某上市公司） |

before moving to Singapore last year. Depends on what kind
of life you want, 13000SGD may or may not be enough for a
family of three. For example, does your child need to go to
international school? If yes, it might take your three month
salary already. Housing and car are several magnitude more
expensive than in Houston. But tax is much lower if you do
not need to pay US tax... And your company may have this
and that allowance. So whether it is a good number or not
really is what you think.

校？那不是学校里的二等公民么？有什么好处呢
更好奇的是回国工作的，比如去上海，也要去国际学校，也是美国学校？

正准备申请美国大学,上美国国际学校,就算在上海,有什么不正常的呢.
各人打算不一样,各花入各眼,没什么好奇的.

发帖数: 424 | 12 让小孩上美国学校的家长大都是希望以后如果回美国，小孩可以直接转去当地的学校，
因为课程安排和使用的教材都一样，所以小孩适应比较容易，否则外国学生可能要留一
级来补上所学课程的差别。另外上美国学校对于申请美国的大学也比较有帮助，因为学
校会帮学生准备SAT以及其他申请大学的资料。
让如果根本没打算以后让小孩回去美国读书的话，实在没有必要。
