如果要签证的话，可以在美国拿好，然后从中国走吗？
不算过境的，我去了新加坡后还是回国先，然后再回美国。 |

美国绿卡有过境的待遇，96个小时
但是要证明下一趟航班是去美国
入境时候出示绿卡

To be eligible for the VFTF, PRC and Indian nationals must:
be in transit to or from any third country by air
possess a valid onward air ticket departing within the next 96 hours
possess a valid 1 visa or a long term pass issued by any of the countries in
the following list:
a. Australia
b. Canada
c. Japan
d. New Zealand
e. United Kingdom
f. United States of America
g. Germany
h. Switzerland
1Visas must be good for entry into the third country to be considered valid.
Long Term Passes must have minimum one month validity. |

境待遇
但是要注意，vftf很多航空公司的地勤不知道，所以可能在登机前会有一个扯淡
让你签一个协议，你签就是了，上飞机后果自负
另外，烦请留意，一定要证明下一个航班是去上述几个国家的，并且你有上诉国家的入
境许可
否则，你的麻烦就大了 |

发帖数: 920 | 7 VFTF可烦人了。比如去程用VFTF回程就不能用。从中国去美国和从美国去中国用VFTF的
条件还不一样。总之规则很复杂。稍不注意你就不符合VFTF的条件。
与之相比，办个旅游签证再来真是简单得多。
VISA FREE TRANSIT FACILITY (VFTF) SCHEME
STB is pleased to announce that effective 03 Dec 07, the Immigration and
Customs
Authority (ICA) has made enhancement to the Single Journey Visas (SJV)
whereby,
Single Journey Visas (SJV) can be utilized to qualify for Visa Free Transit
Facility
(VFTF), when transiting through Singapore on return journeys.
For the SJV holder to qualify for VFTF, the following criteria needs to be
met. The
individual must:
(a) not been refused entry at the third country* (country issuing the SJV);
(b) not have been deported/ removed from the third country;
(c) meet all prevailing entry requirements and VFTF conditions;
(d) travel directly from the 3rd country (that issued the SJV) onroute
through Singapore,
directly to his/her home country;
(e) not have returned to his/her home country since the SJV was last
utilised
All transit passengers who satisfy the above criterias are not guaranteed
entry but
are still subjected to Singapore's prevailing entry requirements.
The following are examples to illustrate when a SJV will qualify for VFTF
and when it
will not:
Qualifies for VFTF:
SJV is issued by Country B (the trusted third country).
Onward journey: Home Country -> Singapore (transit) -> Country B
Return journey: Country B -> Singapore (transit) -> Home Country
Does Not Qualify for VFTF:
Scenario I
SJV is issued by Country C (the trusted third country).
Onward journey: Home Country -> Singapore (transit) -> Country B ->Country C
Return journey: Country C -> Country B-> Singapore -> Home Country
Scenario II:
SJV is issued by Country C (trusted third country).
Home Country -> Country B -> Singapore (transit) ->Country C
Country C -> Singapore -> Country B-> Home Country

直接从大陆或香港飞新加坡，然后从新加坡飞澳洲就OK了
实际上无数的中国留澳学生就这么登陆了一把新加坡
在澳洲留学生中这是公开的秘密，谁都知道
怎么说也省了签证费，一点也不麻烦
新加坡弹丸之地，呆2天实际逛1天足够了 |
