1.预计那个时候各个雪场能开到什么程度？（可能要问老天……）
2.目前哪些雪场开比较多的区域？
3.如果滑3个雪场，推荐哪三个(prefer off piste,ungroomed)？有没有值得滑两天的。
4.住哪边比较方便/便宜（motel即可）？

一月份基本上所有terrain都开了,vail现在就已经开了1300acre了 ：）现在科州
下雪下疯了，虽然都不是huge dump,但是基本上每周都在下。
vail 1300 acre, beaver creek， brec, keystone, 都开了不少，具体的check他们
的网站。

personally, it will be vail, vail and vail :). But if you want to try
different places, each resort has their advantages. You can ski a whole
season at vail but still have awesome runs you never been to; you can ski
moguls at marry jane in Winter park with lots of mogul xperts; Breckenridge
is a nice ski resort to

发帖数: 1632 | 3 I also say Vail. It's big, it's family-friendly. It's got something for
everyone.
Steamboat is nice too.
If you got a decent budget or can find good deals, and is a pretty
experienced skier, the best place to go to would be Snowmass/Aspen. Hands
down one of the top resorts in North America. (My other 2 favorites: Alta
- UT, Jackson Hole - WY). Still trying to find my way to Whistler... one
day... :)

发帖数: 1632 | 4 Jackson Hole is probably my favorite resort. The trails are very
challenging and I don't dare do some of them... Great snow there as well.
Only bad thing is it's literally in the middle of nowhere. i.e., not as
cost-effective as say, SLC. |

is ski. I know this is not healthy and am looking for a healthier way to
live my Winter ...
For instance, Friday used to be the best day of weekdays, but now Friday is
really a 煎熬 ：）
Anyway, looking forward to the gathering :), so much... |

med student - after graduating college, went to Alaska for a year and half
and worked as a ski patrol there, before coming back to school.
Suffice to say, her skiing ability is... -_-!!!!

love and passion to ski, which is really something that can take my breath
away, for now :)

economy means that less people will be vacationing, etc. However when
asked by the major ski resorts, they were mostly unconcerned. A comment was
that to most skiers -- a ski vacation isn't just a vacation, but as part of
their LIFESTYLE.
Maybe this year the money is tight, they will postpone that trip to Florida
or Bahamas, but it's SKI man, once you are hooked it will be in your blood!
