Usually, you start flat and land flat. This is the case for kickers and
bumps. If you are on a mogul run and pop off ground with some edge, you
should keep that edge when landing.
In other words, you should take the edge (or no edge) that makes you go in a
straight line after landing. Don't do speed checking after landing.
I think the same principle applies to ski, too. |
