第一次买了105cm的,用了两年,太短
这次买了125cm的,好像长了点
难道我应该手上拿两根,背上背两根

In stores, hold one pole upside down and UNDER the plastic disc, look at your elbow, it should be 90degrees (parallel to the ground) from the pole to your body for all moutains.
Otherwise, (深藏而呼吸) is right: -1" from there.

conditions, you may consider a pair of two-section adjustable poles, like
this one:

发帖数: 1837 | 11 I used some Black Diamond ones in back-country ski/snowshoe trips. If you
like hiking as well, you can add snow baskets to many BD hiking poles and
turn them into ski poles (what a good investment! :-)).

发帖数: 336 | 13 Brilliant idea, just another $5 for a pair of snow baskets. I also found out
that website actually calculate pole length based on height for people, and
I got my result 122cm there.
Unfortunately, the one you recommended is out of stock, I guess I will just buy a pair of 115cm from REI this time for $20.

are using them except me:(
One good thing of these poles is it can be connected to snow saw very well,
totally compatible. three-section poles do not work

发帖数: 367 | 16 仗长度的选择和你怎么滑有很大关系。如果是平常全地域的，120cm比较适合。如果滑
short turn或者mogul，仗要短。我见过人专门练习short turn的，183cm身高，用
110cm的仗。
或者买个变长度的仗，一劳永逸。有的变长度的两头一接，就是一根2米长的求生仗，
用来标明你被埋的位置。 |

handle, cut to your length, then push it back in.
