GPS 60csx with "max speed" feature and check speed after a run.
It was a morning with icy condition which was good for accumulating speed.
He had to keep body position low to lower the air drag to speed to 60mph.
He was on the black Elan in this picture. The slope need to be with certain steepness as well.

low enough. just imaging put your hand outside of the window when you drive
on highway.
