The Tioga Road will open on Saturday, June 5, 2010 at 8 am. No camping,
lodging, or other services will be available along the road."
i guess the snow pack is thick.
Winter is slowly departing the Eastern Sierra.

些山都有公路通上去，这样开上去滑下来岂不是好玩得多？不过我离怀俄明太远，从来
没这么玩过…… |

发帖数: 1327 | 8 you may setup a car shuttle to save some climb but not a lot of places have
such kind of terrain.
3 drawbacks:
1. not really save much time and you need 2 cars to work.
2. climb from one route and ski the other, not sure if the coverage is good.
3. you miss a chance of doing more exercise:)
