I left, forecast 5-10" overnight. Let me know if anyone going out there:
peterkz96 at gmail doesn't have to be snowbird, but I think it will get most
snow.
BTW, I am from east coast, and just as most skier from east, I can only
handle groomed trails with ease - icy, steep - doesn't matter, but suck at
powder, those little bumps are killing me, including the tree runs in the
green area at Alta. Very frustrated. | x***k

发帖数: 3311 | 4 Wow, just came back from the Bird and was it good or what? It snowed whole
day long with at least 1ft powder. The snow at Little Cloud was so nice,
almost untracked and you just go at it, although in white-out and windy
condition. But the heck!

repeated told on the chair) think this is nothing.
But it was my first "fresh" powder run, amazing! The last minute switch to a
very fat demo ski also helped. I was riding Tram and Gad2 for a few hours,
as suggested by a local. The upper peruvian still have some soft powder in
the afternoon, but the lower half of mountain becomes painful with powder
ploughed away and the icy under surface revealed.
I missed the little cloud lift, passing it a few times searching for fresh powder in vain. I thought people are
crazy going up a whiteout short lift. Too bad, and that the mineral basin
was closed.

definitely an excellent day for me.
I skied Little Cloud 4 times in the last 40min, it was sick, man.
Too bad we did not hook up today. Happy skiing in Utah!
