correctly, based on your skill, weight, etc
Even the binding is correctly set, sometimes they just wont release in time.

发帖数: 44466 | 6 不要高估自己的水平。如果平时滑的非常快，或者有大量的空中动作的，分离值要高，
一般玩玩的话尽可能调低。

发帖数: 1800 | 7 不要瞎紧张，呵呵。摔的时候也要学会顺势倒地，该抱头的抱头，该缩腿要缩腿。学会
摔跤很重要
bindings送到专业店里调的一般都没问题。但是没有所谓的“proper bindings“可以
完全杜绝受伤
