Italian Ambassador to China Riccardo Sessa announced on Tuesday that next
season's Italian Supercup between Inter Milan and AS Roma will take place in
Beijing.
It will be the second time in a row the Supercup has been played in China
after Lazio beat Inter 2-1 there in the season-opener in the 2009/10
campaign.
The Italian Football Federation has an agreement to stage a certain number
of Italian Supercup matches in China over the coming years.
