1995. But after 15 years, it stops in 2010. The last tournament, 2009
one, was hosted in Delaware. However, there is no "national teams" such
as CA Tigers, Tsinghua, Texas teams. After a year of rest, we would like
to give another try. This might be the finale of the grand tournament.
