Also, if I save the emails as .rtf format, it works. But how can I convert
hundreds of emails with .msg extension to .rft in a quick way?
Another simple question, when I save an email, the default extension is
always .rtf, and I have to manually select .msg in the drop down box, is

btw, I strongly recommend you backup ur email in a pst(outlook personal
folder) file, and use outlook to do maintenance such as search/fwd/save/
print...
