我想让outlook在每月15 和月底的中午pop up 一个reminder。如果15和月底是周末或
假日，需要在前一个business day 的中午pop up - how to set this up in outlook?

I can understand and do the first part, but don't know how to do 2nd part -

发帖数: 1039 | 5 I guess I did not describe it clearly. My bad.
I know how to set 重复多次 reminder. What I don't know is that, for example,
if 7/15 is a Sunday, I want the reminder to pop up on 7/13. A little more
complicated case is, if 7/15 is a Monday, but if it's a national holiday, I
want the reminder to pop up on 7/12.

The first request should be ok, just setup how early the remainder should be.
But the latter one, I am afraid that outlook is not so powerful.
